Returns + Refunds

DOMESTIC RETURNS

If you aren't over the moon with your purchase, returns for refund are accepted within 14 days of placing your order. Returns are only accepted in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. To make a return, please email us at customercare@dooznyc.com with your request and we will send you a shipping label.

Instructions:

1. Print the shipping label

2. Pack your item(s) neatly and securely in the original packaging (or a similar package)

3. Tape the shipping label on the original box/mailer

4. Drop off at your nearest USPS location

Once the item(s) are processed in our warehouse, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment, minus the cost of the return shipping label. All returns are paid for by the customer. 

Please note, it can take up to 10 business days after the refund is processed for refunds to appear in your bank account.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. You can request a return and place a new order in the meantime. 

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International returns are handled on a case by case basis. To request an international return, please email us at customercare@dooznyc.com.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

To cancel your order, email us at customercare@dooznyc.com. Please note, it can take up to 10 working days for refunds to appear in your bank account. Please make sure your items are returned in new condition. If items are returned in worn condition and do not have original tags attached, the refund will not be processed.
