Returns + Refunds

DOMESTIC RETURNS

If you aren't over the Moon with your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your return. Returns are only accepted in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. All returns are paid for by the customer.

To make a return please email us at customercare@dooznyc.com with your request and we will send you a shipping label.

1. Print the shipping label.

2. Pack your item(s) neatly and securely in the original packaging.

3. Tape the shipping label on the original box/mailer with packing tape.

4. Bring to your nearest shipping location.

Once the item(s) are processed in our warehouse, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment, minus the cost of the return shipping label.

Please note, it can take up to 10 business days after the refund is processed for refunds to appear in your bank account.

If a return is postmarked after 14 days from the date it was received, the return will not be accepted and will be sent back. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We are unable to create return labels for international customers. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back to our warehouse. If you are an international customer, please bring your package to your local shipping carrier, create a return label and send the shipment to our warehouse, address below:

RETURNS FEES

All returns are paid for by the customer. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment once the item(s) are processed in our warehouse, minus the cost of the return shipping label.

 

EXCHANGES

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. You can request a return and place a new order in the meantime. You will be refunded for the original purchase as soon as the return is received and processed in our warehouse. If you have any questions, please contact customercare@dooznyc.com

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

If you would like to cancel your order, you must email customercare@dooznyc.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Please note, it can take up to 10 working days for refunds to appear in your bank account. Please make sure your items are returned new and unused. If items are returned in worn condition and do not have original tags attached, the refund will not be processed.

 

NON-REFUNDABLE COSTS

Original international shipping costs are non-refundable. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
