How fast is your shipping? 

Please allow for 2-5 business days for standard ground shipping.

What shipping carrier do you use? 

All of our items are shipped via USPS.

Do you offer overnight shipping? 

Yes, if you want your package shipped overnight, please select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process. The price will vary depending on the shipping destination.

Do you ship internationally? 

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, we will send you an email with the tracking information.  

Are taxes and duties included in my order total? 

Yes, state taxes are included at checkout. Taxes vary depending on state.

What is your return/exchange policy? 

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the ship date.  

How do I return/exchange my order?

Not in love with your Dooz piece? We accept returns and exchanges on pieces in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. To make a return/exchange, please email us at customercare@dooznyc.com with your request and we will send you a shipping label. 

1. Print the shipping label.

2. Pack your item(s) neatly and securely in the original packaging.

3. Tape the shipping label on the original box/mailer with clear packing tape.

4. Bring to your nearest USPS location. 

Returns: your refund will be credited to the original form of payment once the item(s) are received in our warehouse.

Exchange: your new item(s) will be shipped out once we receive the original item(s). 

What if my return/exchange is late? 

Any returns postmarked after 14 days from the ship date are not eligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to you upon receipt at our warehouse.
