Returns / Exchanges
If you aren't over the moon with your purchase, returns for refund are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are only accepted in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please follow the instructions to make a return:
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your return request. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label.
2. Print the pre-paid shipping label.
2. Pack your item(s) neatly and securely in the original packaging or a similar package.
3. Tape the shipping label on the original box/mailer.
4. Drop off the package at your nearest USPS location.
*Please note returns are not accepted at in-person pop ups and events. All sales are final and cannot be returned. Exchanges are accepted on a case by case basis.
Once the item(s) are processed in our warehouse, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment. Please note, it can take up to 10 working days for refunds to appear in your bank account. Please make sure your items are returned in new condition. If items are returned in worn condition and do not have original tags attached, the refund will not be processed.
We currently do not offer exchanges. You can simply request a return and place a new order in the meantime!
