We offer a flat shipping and handling rate of $10 for all domestic orders within the United States. Shipments are sent via USPS, unless otherwise specified by the customer. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow an additional 3-4 business days for transit time on all standard shipments. Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge.

At this time we do not accommodate international shipping.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from when you receive your order. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. To make an exchange, please follow the instructions below:

1. Email hello@dooznyc.com with your exchange request. Include your Order # in the subject so we can send you a return shipping label for the original item. You will be charged a flat shipping and handling fee of $15 for the exchange shipment, which will be deducted from your original purchase amount.

2. Print the shipping label and pack your item(s) neatly and securely in the original packaging or a similar package. Tape the shipping label on the box/mailer.

3. Drop off the package at your nearest USPS location. 

4. Upon receipt, we will swap the original item for the new item and send the second shipment back to you, free of charge.

Returns for refund are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns are only accepted in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Drop off the package at your nearest USPS location. 

4. Once the item(s) are received in our warehouse, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment. Please note, it can take up to 10 business days for refunds to appear in your bank account. If items are returned in worn condition and do not have original tags attached, the refund will not be processed.

All sales and markdowns are final. Exchanges may be accepted on a case by case basis. We do not accept returns on purchases made at in person pop-ups, trunk shows or events.
